Boscan Corp was founded on a simple belief: every home deserves quality craftsmanship, honest service, and people who genuinely care.

Our journey to Florida’s Emerald Coast began in 2018, when Hurricane Michael left thousands of families facing the difficult task of rebuilding their homes and lives. We came to help with the recovery effort, and what we experienced changed us forever. Beyond the devastation, we witnessed the strength, resilience, and generosity of this community—qualities that inspired us to make the Emerald Coast our home.

As the community transitioned from cleanup to rebuilding, we recognized an opportunity to serve in a greater way. We dedicated ourselves to mastering drywall installation and finishing, then expanded our expertise into painting, repairs, remodeling, flooring, and complete home renovations. Every project became an opportunity to refine our craftsmanship, exceed expectations, and earn the trust of the families and businesses we serve.

What began as a desire to help a community recover has grown into Boscan Corp—a company built on integrity, reliability, and a commitment to quality that never compromises.

We understand that every home represents someone’s hard work, dreams, and future. That’s why we approach every project with the same care and attention to detail we would expect in our own homes.

Today, we proudly serve homeowners and businesses throughout the Emerald Coast, delivering beautiful, lasting results that enhance the value, comfort, and functionality of every property.

We don’t just renovate properties—we build lasting relationships through trust, quality, and a genuine commitment to every client.
